BrightLogix was founded in 1998 with an initial directive to provide administrative software solutions for Multiemployer Benefit Funds and third-party administrators of these funds. Soon thereafter, we branched out into the single-employer marketplace and started offering benefits-related IT consulting and software to all companies large and small. We are now a full-scale IT consulting firm. Our clients range in size from small local businesses of a few employees to global corporations with multiple offices throughout the world. Besides the services we offer to all of our clients, we also offer specific products to Union and Multiemployer Benefit Fund organizations, such as Benefit Fund Administration software, Union Dues Administration software, Internet-based portals for Union employers and participants, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
